Turmeric is best known as a powder spice derived from the Turmeric rhizome, and it is a common ingredient in Indian cuisine.

Turmeric powder, like Turmeric Essential Oil, has a variety of other applications, including cosmetic and therapeutic.

Turmeric Essential Oil's warm, earthy, woody scent is thought to uplift, energise, comfort, and strengthen the body and mind when used in aromatherapy applications.

Turmeric Essential Oil is believed to cleanse, nourish, clarify, smooth, calm, invigorate, strengthen, and exfoliate the skin and hair when used in cosmetic applications.

HOW DO I USE IT?

Turmeric Oil, when used in aromatherapy, is said to alleviate the discomforts of coughs and colds. It is thought that adding 2-3 drops to an electric diffuser will help achieve this. To provide more profound respiratory relief with the added benefits of other valuable essential oils, combine the following oils in a dark glass bottle: 10 drops Turmeric Essential Oil, 6 drops Ginger Essential Oil, 4 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 3 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil, then inhale deeply while diffusing 7 drops of this blend for up to 30 minutes.

.  This blend is said to promote easier breathing and to support not only immunity but also a sense of relaxation and emotional balance when used a few days a week. When concentration is required, such as during spiritual practises or study sessions, this blend can be diffused.

. Turmeric Oil's astringent properties are known to tighten and tone the skin when used topically. Turmeric Oil is a popular rejuvenating feature in skincare routines due to its antioxidant content and reputed ability to maintain the skin's softness, smoothness, and natural radiance.

.  Mix 1-2 drops of Turmeric Essential Oil with 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar or 1 tablespoon of a preferred Carrier Oil for a simple nightly skincare treatment that is thought to promote the complexion's suppleness.

.  Argan, Castor, Jojoba, Olive, Sweet Almond, and Tamanu are among the oils recommended. Massage the blend gently into areas of the face where wrinkles and fine lines are more visible, such as around the mouth and nose, as well as the forehead and neck.

.  This not only moisturises but also promotes elasticity, cleans acne-prone skin, and brightens and evens out areas with damage caused by excessive sun exposure.

.  This deeply hydrating and softening blend can also be applied to cracked areas of skin, such as the heels, at night before bed. To maximise effectiveness, soak the feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes before applying the oil. This will aid in the skin's absorption of the oil.

.  Turmeric Oil is reputed to restore and support scalp health when used in haircare applications. Add 3 drops of Turmeric Essential Oil to 4 Tbsp of a preferred Carrier Oil, such as Coconut or Neem.

.  Turmeric Oil is said to have antimicrobial, calming, and carminative properties that can help with minor wounds, rashes, and itchiness, as well as digestive complaints, colic, loss of appetite, menstrual discomforts, and joint pain when used in a massage blend.

.  Dilute 3-5 drops of Turmeric Essential Oil in 1 Tbsp. of a preferred Carrier Oil to create a massage blend that is thought to relieve these stresses, then massage the blend into the desired areas of the body. Focus on areas affected by tenderness, stiffness, and swelling for those suffering from joint or muscle pain.
